California Pepper Tree/Schinus molle is a fine tree for shading play areas and also used as centered tree in a wonderful landscape. It is a fast-growing, evergreen tree and needs very less maintenance. Attractive, weeping form holds clusters of pinkish fruit in fall and winter.Good to use in firescaping.
